Cancellation & Refund Policy
This website, www.bsevarsity.com is operated by BSE Institute Limited, (hereinafter referred to as "BSE Institute Ltd."). BSE Institute (herein after referred to as "Institute") reserve all rights to alter, suspend or relax any term, condition and policy pertaining to admission of candidates without prior notice and Institute shall offer admissions to eligible candidates who have complied with requisite terms and conditions of concerned program and Institute.
Institute reserves all rights to allow or reject or alter or cancel or suspend or hold any program or presenters or any related aspects of program including but not limited to eligibility, admission, duration, conduct, syllabus, venue, examinations, certifications, adjustment of fees, replacement of candidate, without prior notice and decision of the Institute shall be final and binding to all.
No refund of fees will be permissible to candidates who have registered and paid for the program.
In case of rescheduling or cancellation of program by Institute after payment of fees; candidate who has paid fees of concerned program may attend the same program at future launch date within the said financial year, subject to prior approval of Institute. In such case, candidate should submit a written application within 5 working days from the date of receipt of notice of rescheduling of concerned program from Institute. Incase the same program is not scheduled in future date, the participant may, at discretion and prior approval of Institute, attend another program having similar amount fees within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice of rescheduling or cancellation of concerned program by Institute.
In case rescheduling or cancellation of program by Institute, candidate may allow to replace/exchange his/her registration for concerned program with other eligible candidate, subject to discretion and prior approval of Institute. The candidate desire to replace/exchange his/her registration should make a written application to Institute within 5 working days from the date of receipt of notice of rescheduling and/or cancellation of program from Institute.
In case of rescheduling of program by Institute, candidate shall have option to adjust/remit fees paid by him/her against payment of fees of other program offer by Institute for which the candidate is eligible to get admission. In case of such adjustment of fees, candidate should make written application to Institute within 5 working days from the date of notice of rescheduling of program by Institute. Candidate who has attended lecture(s) will not be eligible to exercise this option.
In case of any difference / dispute with reference to program including but not limited to eligibility, admission, duration, conduct, syllabus, venue, examinations, certifications, adjustment of fees, replacement of candidate should be addressed to Institute and decision of Institute shall be final and binding it all
Institute shall not be liable or responsible to any candidate or individual in case any loss, damages or liability arises out of registration, rescheduling, replacement, cancellation of program or any other aspect of program.
